Tranny!

Tranny maybe going bad , sometimes I feel it studders from 2nd to 3rd gears not all the time though. Also from 4th to 5th there is hisitation (70 mph to 80 mph/ 3000rpm) a high rate driving is this normal. Planning on replacing filter and fluid soon on the car has 107,xxx miles don't know if fluid has every been changed. Anyone has a used tranny for a 95 540i automatic just in case!
