Car won'tre-start

Hello guys

I hope some of you remember me! I had to give up driving nearly 2 years ago after I had an epileptic seizure - now the authorities have returned my licence and I am working to get the 5 Series back on the road. I have been starting it every week or ten days with few problems but now it won't retstart after running for a good while this afternoon. Also the horns won't work.

I have checked all the fuses - are these two problems related- are there any fuses I might have missed?

All suggestions as to how to get me running again very gratefully received.
