Default Abandoned E34 on freeway, anybodys car?

Saw abandoned E34 w/5-spoke wheels on HWY-26 around the Bethany exit in Beaverton, Oregon. (USA)

Dark color, looked like it had a narrow grill.
    Bummer dude...

I think I know where this guy works too, I've seen the car around, but never w someone driving it...

You can't pick up abandoned cars though on public roads, po po does that, even in a parking lot you MUST be a tow company to take it and auction it off. I did a lot of research w a Mercedes S500 that was in a lot for 6 months w the doors unlocked and the sunroof propped up and nobody touched it. It will be auctioned in about 3 weeks or so. ****ing vulture tow companies, I wanted it. I found it, but eventually let them know. Couldn't get any info on the owner to contact him... bummer
    It was a W140 btw, early model, 92 500SEL
