foglight washer nossle replacement

Goodmorning all,

I have done a few searches and all to no avail. Has anyone had to replace one of these nossles, and what is the best approach to get at it. My car is a 525i touring, 1993. I really do not want to take the bumber off, I am hoping
that foglight removal will give me access. Any hints would be greatly appreciated.

I got at it after removing the foglight and got the nossle replaced, now it seems a previous had bypassed this system instead of replacing the nossle.
Anybody got any ideas,
