Doubt he wants modified cars, right?
Hi Mr Webmaster,
I am writing a book on the complete history of the BMW 5 series and could use some pictures of your e34 5 series, and past e28 project car. If you have some nice pictures of your 5 series cars that have a reasonably clear background that would be great. I can accept jpeg images, 700kb or larger, sent using email, or even better actual photos which will be returned once the book is completed. Thanks for your help.
Regards Marc

Doubt he wants modified cars, right?

Now what makes me think this is Marc Cranswick, author of this book:
Pretty much went downhill after the cover. Photos of Firebirds, Fords, Pacers and others he compares to BMW in some way. God forbid it should have reached second-edition status but if so it sure would need better photos. The last ones were awful.Originally Posted by Roundel
Yeah, that book didn't live up to expectations. Lots of photos of modded E34s with no explanation. The information was decent, but nothing you couldn't get from a couple google searches.
I wish the author the best of luck on his new endevour, hopefully the mistakes learned last time around will make the new book as good as the subject deserves.
How 'bout these
