The most important thing in surviving a crash is airbags...
Even a small side impact can scramble your brain if your head hits the doorframe of the front bumper of what is hitting you!

For the record, I would take an e34 over any Vulva, and I especially appreciate the new bimmers that truly are life savers in many cases that would have left people dead a few years ago.

The only good thing about Bangleized bimmers are their safety features!

i wouldn't have a problem with being in either after looking at squished volvos and bmws for over 10 years, a lot of people take for granted how safe a old volvo like a 240 or 740 is, had a customer in a 87 740 that got t-boned directly in the drivers door by a ******* in a full sized late 70s early 80s american car that ran a light (cops said ******* was doing 50-60), he didn't walk away but was on crutches a couple days later, had another in a e34 that lost it big time going real fast and started flipping end over end, said he lost count at 7 flips, walked away, both people bought another of the same car with in a week

They should have attempted to start it somehow. It may have eclipsed the performance of that Toyota truck that suffered such indignity.
