cool, if it was rear drive id probably own a tdi, 6 speed rear drive golf ball tdi would be bitchen. vw motorsport got 270 hp outta that lil motor in race trim, that's a long way from 90 (or 110 for the one with the red I, variable vane turbo)
all america wants is cold beer warm cat and a place to take a poop with a door on it

Winfred, actually the 90's have variable-IGV turbos as well (the Garrett VNT-15). The 110 and 150 hp high-pressure (PD - pumpe deuse) a.k.a. red-I and green-D/red-I are nice motors as well. Mind you, a 90 with an 11mm pump, upsized injectors and a chip will easily put out 125-130 horsies and more than 200 lb-ft of torque! Pretty good for a 1.9L -- only thing would be a new clutch as the stock one on the ALH 1.9 is at the edge of it's capability.

    Cheers,
    Duey

Default In AZ can you deduct that from your taxes?

I don't know about that conversion, but I think propane and electric conversions are still tax deductable within reason.

Winfred, depending which one you're talking about, I have seen 1.9L TDI's (with honking big intercoolers) putting out 230+hp and 300+ ft-lbs !!! Woo-hoo!

    Cheers,
