Default correct PS belt for M50?

I am not sure what is correct size is for a serpentine belt for alt, ps and water pump on 1 95 m50. Found discussion in archives about AC belts but not anything on the M50 PS belt.

    REALOEM states 6PK x 1555
    Autohausaz and others state 6pk1560

Looks like the Autohauz belt is a bit longer? if correct, this may explain a squeal I have on cold start if I have a belt too long and has stretched. Any thoughts? TIA
    Thanks,

Do what I did :P called up Autozone, O'reillys and Advanced... want to say there was a pep boys in there too. I know the first belt from advanced auto parts was wrong, it was just way to small, not even with the tensionor out all the way could we get the last 3mm on the pulley, so it was small, I can see what part number i gotten for that one [in the trunk still] and tell you which one not to get, and see if i can see a part number for the one i do have that is correct :P

I would be interested in the answer also. I bought a new belt from autohausaz. It is a 6 pk 1560 and the one that is on my car is a 6 pk 1555. Not sure if I should risk putting on the one I got or go the stealer. Also, would be interested to see if anyone knows where I can find a diagram for the serp. belt. Bentley's has nothing. Thanks to all.

Mine has a 1560 and it squeals on cold start after 20,000 miles. I suspect some stretch. BTW, my dealer wants $53.00 for a new belt and could not tell me the size! .
    Thanks,

Guys I buy my belts from BMA/Autohaus - whatever they have, it works. Get the continental - it's fine. Is it really 1555? ****, I have a 1555 belt in the garage and my current one is on its way out - SCORE! Thought the belt was for another car!

I went ahead and installed the 1560. It seems a little loose, but that could just be a sign of my car neuroses. I'll let you know if it flies off. Hardest part for me was removing the a/c belt. Had to cheat and use a pry bar--hope I didn't fubar the pulley. New a/c belt went on much easier. Don't know why.
