    Default Try some black tape

    to see how it looks.

if you like it, you may want to do the windows as well.

P.S. You're off my Kwanzaa list for that

    Default Naw, seriously

There is a type of black tape used to create the "black out" look for the chrome trim around the windows and elsewhere.

    Look for shadow line tape

Seriously, try it with black electrical tape to see how it looks. I did one side and the front and stepped back to see and I didn't like it so experiment done with no permanent damage...
