How do i get access to the drain hoses in the sunroof

Hey i've got a 89 520i and have got water issues as a result of the drain hoses in the sunroof lol, How do i get access to the drain hoses in the sunroof ?

The drain holes are located at the four corners of the sunroof opening. I use vinyl coated wire and run the wire down through the drains to clean them out.
IIRC the front two tubes are metal while the rear two are rubber/plastic hoses. To gain access to the rear two you have to detach the headliner from the rear portion of the ceiling for one end; while the other end feeds into the rocker panels via the c-pillar.
