Default -35c and no heat - HELP

Its damn cold outside and its even worse inside my car I need some help.

My defrost works once the car starts to warm up, it blows semi-warm air but not hot and not really warm.

My foot vents or face fents blow cold air, all the time, no matter what setting we try it on.

Its -35c outside, whats that -20f, something liek that, and I kind of need htis working as I basically live and work out of my car.

Can anyone throw me some things to start looking at?

Oh, one other thing, sometimes when Im driving after the car has warmed up to half on the guage (normal temp), when Im driving it will go down to 1/4 and were back to solid cold.

    Thanks!
