Default Holy hydro hell OR The clutch still needs therapy?

Whoa, so i get a call this morning.
"Honey.........Rolf's clutch is messed up, i took Helga." *damn*
Come home.....early, keys for both bimmers are gone. *sigh*
It's dark by the time the car's open. Clutch offers no resistance, then stays on the floor.........CRAP!! Not another snapped cable!
Later after comming to my senses, i topped off the brake fluid. It was an eighth of an inch below the min level. *grrr*
Kinda wierd that this would happen without tripping the fluid level 'you an idiot' light?
Or am i missing something else?

Oh yeah, the Nissan uses a cable, they're known to be problematic.

Sounds like it's in dire need of some bleedin. I'd put her up on stands and do full flush at all 4 wheels while you're at it... you know the drill, furthest to closest. Got a pressure bleeder?

low fluid in the brake master tank shouldn't of screwed the clutch, theres more then enough in the foot or so of line down to the clutch master to service it's needs, you probably have a leaking master or slave, look for the wetness
all america wants is cold beer warm cat and a place to take a poop with a door on it

Yeah this does have me perplexed. I'd poked around by the pedal to see anything obvious, but that's it. Right before posting i'd verified operation by just moving back and forth a couple feet.
Since then have taken a test drive, ~10 miles, city (best Thai in town is worth the trip) works just fine.

I'll run him up the ramp and take a closer look.
