Would have jumped on 'em if it wasn't for that $71 shipping cost.

Thanks for the heads-up. I've been longing for this upgrade but a little reluctant to spend $500 for a new light set. $300 or less I can handle.

Thanks, Eagle. This is the first time I've bought car parts from a German source on eBay, but I figured the vendor has 1100 transactions and 100% feedback --that's gotta be pretty good when dealing in used car parts. I figured any nicks would disappear once I applied Regal's magic lens coating: http://www.bimmer.info/forum/showthread.php?t=27635

I was tempted to inquire about Smileys with this business in Germany -- some of my Mercedes friends seem pretty happy in dealings with them:

I bought some from ebay a couple weeks ago, they should be here any day now, though my shipping was $60 from Germany.
