    Default Fuel pump go boom!

    Has this ever happend to anybody? Snakeyes and I were rather amused when I pulled it out of the tank today, Even tho I have to buy a new one, I could not help but giggle


    OH, and if anyone is happening to be parting out a E34 witha M50 and has a fuel pump that is in better working condition as mine, I would love to buy it off you right now

    some dude last year had a pump that looked like this and had it rebuilt but it looked the same after (busted) and couldnt understand why it didnt work...

    Poor sucker got scammed. How much are new ones from BMA?

    Yes, he's one of the funniest people on the planet. He has a skit from a few years ago where his character keeps uttering he words "plane go boom".

    Damn! Never seen that before- did it actually explode with fire or just burst from pressure or what?

    those old style pumps do that, changed many like that it just breaks open and pukes all of the pressure into the tank
    all america wants is cold beer warm cat and a place to take a poop with a door on it

    Well we never *heard* the boom... atleast not that we remember :P I never knew they could build up THAT much presure tho.

    I belive they were $247, there was one "pulled" one on Ebay buy it now from Vines for $50 but he ran out, all he has now is new ones for $275. I ave a good feeling someone here might have one for me tho If not there is a place in town I can do for $125
