I would not go anywhere near that contraption. It seems no different than the usual powerchip (aka stick a resistor in your MAF harness) power recipe. Modifying the oxygen sensor signal (if it even does that) will most likely affect the emissions of the vehicle and may trigger your check engine light if the new "modified" signal doesn't please the ECU. Sounds like another snake oil power booster. Just my $.02
Its the old "$0.02" Resistor (literally) in series with the sensor trick - it (temporarily) fools the ECU into over fuelling ... essentially can only ever "work" if your sensor(s) are crap now and hence you have lost that performance in the first place - even then it may not work - much better to fix the sensor problem permanently.
