heated seats switch
when i turn the seats on they stay on for a few seconds and then turn off.
can anyone tell me or show me how to take the switchs out of the panal.

If you put them on level II, they will switch ro level I after some time, and then may turn off. They're designed to do that.
A lot of the earlier (E28) heated seats did not have that feature and the heating element would burn out and seize to work. Or worse (I've heard unconfirmed stories).
