Trans Program 54
I own 92 BMW 535i.Automatic
Got a trans program code 54.
Does anyone know what it is?

I didn't think that the 535 would have code 54, I thought that only applied to the
a4s310r,a4s270r,5hp18 and 5hp30 transmissions? not the 4hp22 used in the 535.... At any rate on those others it means a ground in the solenoid wiring or solenoids thats on the a4s310r and 270... on the 5hp18 and 5hp30 its means the battery voltage signal is too low <than 9 volts.
