    thanks guys...being a work day same routine as normal but i got coffee and croissants in bed for breakfast,having a special birthday dinner tomorow night with the family.Tomorrow or sunday will be the dry run for the relay plan to do 80 ks with a couple of good hills for good measure....

    When you blow out the candles on the cakes, make this wish:
