Exhaust heat shield cover for M50 engine

folks, i just noticed that the exhaust manifolds on my car is naked ie i can see all the 6 branches etc.

does the m50 engine comes with heat shield cover that screws onto the manifolds (like on japanese cars)?

No - you can see the 6 branches from the top side, this is fine and theres no harm. There should be a lower exhaust shield covering your steering arm and then another one covering your upper or lower control arm bushing cant remember which one.
