My police dept has Caprices, SUVs, quads, and horses. I think they have quite possibly lost their minds. Around the area I still see Crown Vics from time to time.

Around here (Skagit County, WA),,the local po-po's drive Malibus, Caprices, Ford exploders. The County sherriffs use Crown Vics, with the sargents driving Ford Expeditions.
The State'rs use Crown Vicky's exclusively. Well, the state K-9 guys use Expeditions.
