Default Door cards - with/without wood - do they differ?

    Hi everyone

Can anyone tell me please if there is a difference between the door cards with wood and those without?

I have just bought a nice new walnut wood trim kit off ebay and I am keen to fit it.

Before I drill any holes in my existing panels I'd like to be sure they are going to sit properly.

Thanks for any help people can give.

I might be completely wrong since I cant remember what my last car (no wood) looked like inside, but I think the door cards are the same, but the dash/glove box have a recessed section to make the wood flush with the rest of the panels.

Not sure about the doors though
