I feel nothing

Do i need a new Brain?My blower has stopped blowing. It has for a while been growing more intermittent but today it quit for the longest and hasn't come back yet.I checked the fuses,all good.The lights in the temp dials work as usual but the lights in the three left hand buttons to turn on the rear defrost,a/c and recirculate don't.I recently changed the cabin micro filter and am aware the climate control brain is situated down there.Is that likely the culprit? Does the whole unit croak or can it be refurbished.If the fault could lay elsewhere, where else can i hunt.

btw. its blowing again ,only a/c isn't cold.... i guess heat/water valves...

At least it is not a bad time of year to be having a/c problems. I wouldn't want to be having heater problems living in New Hampshire going into winter.
