    Man, it says to "maintain the strictest level of confidentiality untill the end of proceedings to circumvent propblems associated with fraudulent claims."! I would have taken it off your hands, but now????

    Interesting to see that an "engineer" is the point of contact to collect your personal information, and that BMW UK can't even provide the "authentic" publicity department with an email address that belongs to the bmw.co.uk domain.
