Default 1995 525i runs rough at startup

I have a 1995 525i- When I start my car in the mornings it runs rough until it warms up and then it purrs like a kitten. Any advice on why it would run a bit rough from a cold start?

    Default lifters

The lifters being hydraulic need time to pump up. My wife's 93 525ia had the same issue. I switch to 0w-40w oil and the problem went away.

get some Auto-RX... and check for intake leaks when cold.

Default Also check the crankcase vent hoses

It's a pity to attach back to the throttle body. The excessive heat turned the rubber in crap. It's part 5 on the picture..
