Turn signal from hell! Flasher/relay?

Hey guys,

My turn signal won't reset after a turn. It stays solid after performing a turn. I have changed the turn stalk but that has not solved the problem. Now I'm guessing it might be a flasher/relay??? I'm not sure. Any suggestions? Could it be a faulty relay, and where do I find it?

won't it cancel at all?

mine will only cancel if the wheel has been turned more than 90 degrees from straight ahead. if the corner i've signalled at doesn't require me to turn it farther than that it just carries on flashing til i cancel it manually - it seemed weird when i first got the car but it's always been like that so i guess it's normal although i do have different wheel than was on it originally
