This morning I noticed a mild grinding gritty noise while turning the wheel, while at rest or moving. Is it possible that small dirt/dust particles could be between the wheel and ?hub? assembly to cause this?

I've never had this happen with any other car in the past so I'm at a loss as to the cause.

Would a blast from the compressor potentially solve the problem, or worse, force the particles further into the wheel assembly?
