Most on this board would recommend an EAT chip from Mark D on this forum.

Don't buy a chip from ebay..you will regret it even if it's only $40. Mark's chips are very,very good and give you a noticeable power increase. Very smooth.

I have a chip for M20 engine 325 same DME I guess ... I downloaded the bin file from the web. didn't try it yet ... if u have an eprom burner I can email it to u so u can try.
