In this very hot weather my 1995 m530i Air conditioning fan quits working for maybe up to a minute, and then starts back up again, anybody have any ideas about that? I can run it exactly the same on a cooler day and not have it shut off. It only shuts off in very warm weather.

Blower overheating... when is the last time you changed the microfilter?
