    Default Gummi Pflege available again?

Found this at Pelican Parts while browsing, $7.50 for a 100 ml tube. It's under the "Body & Seals" section.

Don't know if it's the same stuff as the old one:

I've heard a lot about this stuff, but uh excuse the idiocy: What is it and what does it do?

After you wash the car, wipe down the rubber seals on the doors & door jams with a damp rag & apply it to the rubber. It goes on like the old-fashioned sponge shoe polish applicator, only it's clear. Gets rid of lots of annoying squeaks & rattles -- restores the "tightness" of the car to the quiet, like-new sound. (used to use 50/50 alchohol & glycerin in the old days)

Here is where Russell says the stuff at Pelican parts isn't the same, but he is talking about a spay saying the real stuff is gel, so maybe you found the holy grail.

It is available as spray. I have see the spray can at a BMW showroom here in Japan. Price was about 12 US $.
P/N should be in an up-date ETK.

The Pelican stuff is made by 1Z and is as thin as water. It is not the same as the original gel like. I did not like it. BTW, a 95% tube of the original sold on e-bay for $26 plus shipping. I bid up to $10! LOL

The new BMW stuff is a bit wierd. It foams as you spray and is not as dense as the gel and then seems to soak in. Even so, you need to apply it thick to get much softening/slickning effect. Not sure I like it very well. Better than nothing I guess.
