    Default front license plate delete

I've seen some pics from the Chicago meet for e34's and I noticed that some e34's had a front license plate delete but how do you do that? Is the front mounting surface on e34's removable? I have a american license plate in the front right now but I was thinking of buying the BMW embossed delete plate but I'de rather remove the whole thing and just have the bumper trim showing.

Anyone have any details about this? Does it just pry off? DO I need to take the bumper off to make this happen?

Default The delete plate is a snap

got them on both my cars.

Just un screw the licenese plate and bracket, and snap the delete plate on.

The narrow trim style, I think is from a M front end or a after market bumper.

Bavauto has the one embossed with BMW. I think it is a BMW part obtainable from dealer and other sources like BMA. It should fit most/all e34s. I have one on my wide grill car. Makes the front end look lower and wider without the plate area notched out.
    Thanks,

I have a used (and scratched) delete panel you can have if you pay for shipping.

If youre wanting to completely take off the license plate holder, PM me and I will get you some pictures on how to. I just did this to mine and its quite a task. However because I just did this, I can walk you through it if you need.
