Default One touch driver side power window function

for e34, this feature allows a quick touch to either bring up or down the driver side window.

i would like to re-wire the logic so that the same feature i available at all windows.

Default you need a new GM

In the E32 that is installed on all cars from built year 09/1991
actually it is just a new GM

-Repeat and time interlock for headwashers, time interlock 3 min.
-headlight washing pump at fifth windshield washing after time interlock
-intensiv washing pump operating at reduced time from 3 to 2 seconds
-minimum interval for wipers reduced to 2 from 3 seconds (programmmable)
-increased wiper contact pressure during windshield washing now also provided

-previously the GM would react opposing signals (e.g. an unlock signal while trying to lock, as with a defective microswitch) by carrying out the first command (e.g. locking, followed immediately by unlocking). Repeating the first command then results in carrying out the command, e.g. try to lock again, and locking is now carried out. This function (Asynchronious Position)is omitted in the NEW GM.
-After unlocking is performed due to crash sensor activiation, the locking command is now reactivated by double-locking with the key from either side (driver or passenger door).
-The one-touch operation of windows has been expanded to all 4 windows in OPENING direction. Drivers side has one touch in both directions
Sunroof is not already in the tilt position.
-switch off delay of the interior lights after entering the vehicle and closing the driver's door reduced from 20 to 15 seconds.

    new GM from 09/91 is 6135 8 356 095

    further GM's

    1) 61 35 8 356 552
    2) 61 35 8 368 158
    3) 61 35 8 350 345
    4) 61 35 8 360 105

amd more if you check the realoem.

PS: only the drivers side has up and down one touch function, the others for safety reasons only down

Default Sorry Shogun, in the E34's there are some differences depending on the

production date of the car as to which new module it takes.

I hope they have a safety stop these motors are pretty powerful
I remember someone saying that "they are designed to close the windows at 1x5 mph....."

Default Thats why bmw only offered one touch up on the drivers door, they

figured the driver couldn't hit the up button and stick his head out the window at the same time but a passenger or kids could, or arms or fingers. There's an overload amperage built into the GM but it still provides quite a bit of force.

Mine go reaaally slow with the old motors. New BMW's I've driven have windows that go twice as fast.

Clean the metal area where the sliders are moving in, spray some grease of the toothed rim of the mechanism, spray the guides for the window glass with silicone spray, and it will improve the movement of the windows.
