Thanks to all for replies on my "diagnosing bad TPS" post last week (m)
...in messing with my ICV yesterday (at the advice of the board members), cleaning it did make a definite improvement, however, it ain't fixed. It's buzzing as it should, but I'm still running a little rich, plus it's still doing the intermittent "miss" when I blip the pedal. It is better tho. (Just for giggles, I also checked for vacuum leaks, but didn't find any). I'm gonna' try to get my hands on a loaner ICV, and swap 'em to see if that's the cause before dropping the dinero on a new one. Will update.

ps: anyone in the area with an extra ICV willing to meet up? beers are on me
You could tryan inde or maybe a wrecker(breaker?)..
...they often dont mind letting you try a used part if they think it might result in a sale.
