Default OT: props to BMA (again)

I know this has been posted many times but I'm always surprised at how great BMA's customer service is. I thought I'd let eveyone know.

I placed a small order with them last week with a new credit card.. I also baught a bunch of other stuff around the same time online so the cc company freaked thinking they may be fraudulent and froze the account. BMA gave me a call to let me know, and then they offered to priortiy ship for next to nothing. I declined because I didn't want to confuse the CC company with another charge.

Well monday morning the package showed up at my door. BMA proirity shipped the parts anyway for free!

Gotta love a company that goes the extra distance to help their customers even when the error had nothing to do with them.

Thanks to the guys and gals at BMA if you are reading this.

BMA has gone above and beyond for us in the past. Keep recommending them to your friends and family as well...they have parts for other cars too.

They sent me a different brand of parts than what i ordered. Other than that, they have been great.

I've noticed that sometimes i'll get the wrong part, or not enough of a certain part. However, everytime that's happened, i've had the correct part(s) the next day free of charge.

I've only dealt with them a few times, but both Patrick and Doug have been great to deal with, very friendly and very helpful. Shipping to Australia has been cheap, and very quick.

As an example, I wanted to S38B38 cam gears for my S38B36. BMW Australia wanted about $AUD650, and about 6-8 weeks to get them from Germany. I ordered them from BMA for about $AUD350, and I had them in my hands in less than a week!

    Can't complain about that!

    Regards
