Default Position of a microfilter in a RHD

Hello, well i suppose the title is pretty self-explanatory i have had a burning smell around zee car ever since i put my exhaust back on initially i thought it was something on the exhaust but it seems to come through the vents mainly. so i suspect microfilter as my airflow with the blower on is significantly reduced as well.
so where is it on a RHD?

Just be patient, take your time and swear a lot.
Don't wear gloves, they get slippery when soaked in blood.

Do they REALLY need to be changed... Or is it like the whole 'washing headlight reflector" thing (tho I think I'm gonna do that one!!)

    Gone but NEVER forgotten. :'(

    And then...

Yes, they sit on the right side on a RHD too. The filter is 2 pieces, see how to slide the 2 parts out separately, otherwise you will never get it out becaue of the steering and the pedals.
    Maybe you ask here

@Nick: just have a look at it, you will never ask again. There were some nice pics here last year of filter black like charcoal.
Full of bacteria, full of dust, full of moisture etc.

yeah my air is not really coming through and all kinds of funky smells have developed. (one of them i think is the blower motor burning out slowwwwly).
and if i put the window down i am assaulted with exhaust fume (yes i know i have to get a new exhaust)
