    a lot.

my kind of tune up is to replace anything that isnt up to spec with a new part, so thats a lot.

fuel filters, air cabin filter, air intake filter, oil filter for filters....
    whatever hoses for hoses...

various gaskets like valve covers and intake manifold, and throttle to intake.

    spark plugs and boots...

alternator voltage regulator, DME and fuel pump relays, exterior bulbs if they are dimming.

10W40 oil, DOT4 brake fluid, tranny fluid, diff fluid, spec'd coolant, power steering fluid.

brake components such as pads, rotors, piston seals, guide pin bushings.

is your engine coil on plug or distributor?
    if distributor, cap/rotor/wires.
if coil on plug.. previously mentioned items.

am i forgetting anything or did i go WAY overboard?

    BOSCH F 7 LDCR+ $2.99 each from carparts.com, plug boots.

Have the waterpump, belts, hoses, thermostat, antifreeze, steering fluid, trans fluid, brake fluid all been changed?

I've recently discovered that evaporative purge valve - a part overlooked in bentley's manual is responsible for erratic idle, and possibly affects MPG. Check it - it is important
