THen I masked the wheels using the blue painters tape. After that I used a 180 grit sandpaper and sanded the wheel centers thouroughly. Than I washed them off in order for the paint to adhere to a clean place. I sprayed the black down in long sweeping strokes. You'll know when you have enough on there just by looking. Before it was dried, I then went over it with a clear spray- Not hard to do, but takes a bit of time if you want the detail work perfect.
