Picture? Bolt description sounds like a seatbelt bolt.
there is a tan plastic cover under the rear seat about 2x5 inches. Positioned on the passenger side under the seat edge in front of the battery.
If you pop the cover off and there is an empty black plastic box with a bolt stuck in a hole. The bolt is not fastened to anything. However, It is treaded but has a spiral cut the length of the 2 inch bolt. I found it when checking for an elusive rattle.
What is it? Something to do with access to a ground perhaps?
I tried OEM parts and came up cold as I did not hve enough info to really search for it. TIA

That's the battery ground, a convenient way to disconnect the battery without having to remove the rear seat bottom. Do it all the time -- much faster and easier.
best, whit
It it too small for a seat belt bolt. It would take about a 10 MM socket.
It is located on the front of the seat panel, not at the rear under the seat.
Sorry no pictures. Thanks
