Default F/E rebuild kit on Ebay

Anybody ever purchased parts manufactured by HT Meet? The following is a link to the Ebay auction site for the following: BMW E34 10 Piece Control Arm Kit 525i 530i 535i 540i M5. M5 Upgrade Tie Rods Sway Bar Links Idler Arm Thrust Item number: 8050360531

    The link is: http://cgi.ebay.com/ebaymotors/BMW-E...50360531QQrdZ1

FCP Groton refers to being widely know on various forums. If they are any good seems like it would be a great inexpensive upgrade for all E34 owners at $345 with free shipping.

    Default Funny Thing

That stuff is showing up all over the local parts shops too.

Saw a guy walk out of a shop with a load of Hamburg Tech, and TRW boxes.

The parts guy asked if he wanted something else, he just opened the boxes, looked it over and took it.

I know Hamburg Tech is made in India, contrary to what the name would lead you to believe. It's supposed to wear out really quickly, but I don't know.

    I'd say, stick with Lemfoerder.

I knew exactly what you were talking about before I even clicked on the link. The kit is a POS. The parts wear out very prematurely, sometimes in less than a year.
