    Default Loss of Power

Every since I installed an performance air filter and two new oxygen sensors in my 1994 530i, I've been going through a massive power loss as soon as I hit the 3000 rpm mark. The engine doesn't shut down, but it won't let me push it any more. I've already had the BMW mechanics take a look, but they don't seem to know either. Since I live in South Korea, the price of an inspection/repair is EXTREMELY expensive. It costs around $35 an hour, and it cost about five times the average price I would get if I was in the states. Any suggestions?

I'd put the stock air filter back in. Hows your gas mileage?

Well... The problem actually started when I replaced the old oxygen sensors with new BOSCH oxygen sensors. And the gas mileage is better than before. The best thing about the filter is that I'm getting more push with less revolution on the engine... It's only in the morning when I go through this power loss.

so you get out on the road and floor it with a cold engine and it hesitates?
your oxygen sensor might need to heat up.

Default Check the O2 sensor plugs and wire

If the car acts up when cold, a sensor could be bad or miss wired.

Were the sensors universal, or did they come with termials/plugs?

Flooring it is a bit too much... I would say pressed about an inch and a half. Enough to get the car rolling, not to fast and not to slow (Speed limit is 40 KPH). About 80% of the time it is happening in the morning, the other 20% happens in the afternoon... But for some reason, it never happens at night.
