Bonnet doesn't close properly.

Howzit all,

I notice that my bonnet on my car doesn't close fully. Thus is because the locking lach is broken, well loose. On the actualy fram of the car. Anyone got an idea how to fix this?

Okay, to make it easier, I will get a picture and video of the lach and what it's doing.
