Default plz help. Changed spark plugs still problems

When sittin at a light or just in my driveway. My car goes through series of jolts and u can hear it through the exhaust . The performace of the car has gone down greatly, acceleration is awful. I changed my spark plugs today but nothing... still jolting Im going through the easiest things first. Fuel filter is next on my list, is my car not getting the correct air/gas mixture?? In park the idle is fine.

any help would be greatly appreciated

Default Naw... Its those neon lights

The electromagnetic field from the neon bombarders has discombooberated the motronic, thus causing an out of sequence binanary distortion.

its definetly the distortion...did you short any fuses during this project? anything you dont want to really admit? There should be something either you dont know or are hiding from inquisitive minds.
