    Default clutch master and slave

I bought a new clutch master cyl the other week and when removing the old one I found that the new was the wrong one it may have been for a 535, the union outlet to the slave was to small for the m5, so with inspection of both internals and they were the same so swapped with new piston/seal put it back on car .New seal in slave cost $16. Took the new master back to my local asked him where I could get union tapped out coz I'l keep it and told him I'd used the new internals he said "no worries mate' and refunded me the cost $102 NZ . so all up it cost me to do both master and slave was $16 and some fluid and my time which I enjoy anyway the cost of master cylinder from BMW was $740.
