E34 95'540 Coolant Temp Sensor PN#

Hi Guys,
Well my check engine light is going off, and telling me to replace my COOLANT TEMP ENGINE SENSOR.

What is the PART Number for this.

I have 3 different sensors.
BMW Technical Parts Dealer is not sure which on it is.
is it:

12-621-747-281
or
12-621-288-158

I think its 158, but am not certain.
281 I think is for Temp Gauge, but not 100Percent sure.
Please someone respond.
