    Default Thrust Arm Bushings

Did anyone ever change there thrust arm bushings? I just bought the Bavarian Auto Sport Urethane bushing and arm set and what to know if anyone has changed them before. Just looking for some advise on how hard or easy it will be. And do you think the Urethane bushing is a good way to go.

No, rubber has better damping characteristics and if you didn't want a little damping here why not use a steel bushing? Also rubber ages gracefully, I've read reports that urethane bushes tend to crumble into dust when they eventually pass their use-by date. Look at some old BMW posts by Jim Conforti for a more detailed examination of the topic.
