Winfred uses a hot screwdriver to melt a slot in it, someone else used a different technique that I dont remember. Maybe a search on broken bleeder screw?
The Plastic Bleeder screw on the radiator expansion tank broke in half today. Any tips on getting the other half out? I could drive around spewing antifreeze all over the place, but at $22/gal. I would rather not. As always all advice is much appreciated.

heat the tip of a screwdriver and melt it into the screw then back it out, just don't melt into the radiator and screw up the threads

A lot of people forget stuff like that. My buddy stripped the hex head off of his HID ballast... i dremeled a slit in it and unscrewed it. He thought i should get an award or something.
Thank you very much. Got the broken bleeder screw out this morning. Thanks for all of the advice. You guys make owning one of these cars a lot easier. Thanks again
