Default Hesitation (i think) problem please help diagnose

    hello all,

I was driving to work this morning, and was going about 80 and tried to accelerate, something strange happened, it felt very similar to when you are driving on a wet surface and then feel the wheels re-gain traction. the car didn't accelerate instantly. I wasn't actually driving on a wet surface so this couldn't have been the reason. A more noticeable instance happened when i went out to get lunch, at w.o.t above 3k and a lower speed it was very jerky. The engine revs fine when the car is not in gear and it cruises fine, it seems to only happen under hard acceleration. does anyone have any ideas? my rear subframe bushings need to be replaced, could this have anything at all to do with this?

Maybe your clutch is starting to slip?
