    Default Home stretch 535iTm

Worked hard this week. Some more to do but waiting on the wiring harness adaptation. Part has to come from Germany.

Wow, that is a nice m30, very clean. Are you converting from auto to manual as well?

Couldn't tell you what movie it was from, what's the question got to do with this project?

Just thought I'd say it before Scott has a chance...

Good job Scott! The engine looks like brand new going into the bay. I've got that shift boot for you with a couple other goodies next time we get together. Maybe take a maiden voyage downstate? I could just about bet you've got the only 535iTM in the States, maybe the world.

I'd love to hear the whole story of your conversion to manual. It's something I hope to do in the future.

Since Dave has a beautyous motor strap with which to hoist, maybe you could lose that lifting bracket on the front profile. If you do, please backspace the difference with washers for the bolts.

You've done a very nice detailing on the motor & the bay.

Congratulations on coming up with a project for the holidays. That was good thinking ahead, for a newleywed.
