    Default BMW coolant in toyota

    hi to everyone

I need to replace coolant in a toyota Vitz(Yaris) and I wanted to know if I can use the BMW coolant. Toyota dealer here uses generic coolant (castrol I think).

    Thanks

In the SF Bay Area, BMW coolant (blue stuff - Valvoline Zerex G48) retails anywhere from $18 to $24/gal; Toyota coolant (red stuff) retails for like $10/gal.....
