Default Anyone wanting to do a late M30 head rebuild

Download this PDF. It is all the parts and diagrams you will need in one PDF (from my build documents) and I don't think anything is left out for a back-to-stock performance rebuild.

When I did it the prices were all from Black Forest Auto parts, they shouldn't have changed much.

FCP Groton, Arizona Autohausaz and BMAparts would no doubt supply too. Some parts you won't need, but its all listed JIC.

best of luck on the job... Nick

Were you missing the ball in the timing chain tensioner?
