I think the rims look good, look very close to the m5 wheels.
I am just not a fan of spacers.
I hope it works out,and I bet they will look great.
If they are truly OEM, that was a decent price.
I recently came across a deal that I felt like I couldn't really pass up. I was able to buy a set of M3 10 spoke rims with practically brand new tires (1500 miles) for $650. I'm told that they will fit my 89 525I as long as I use 15mm or 20mm hubcentric spacers. Is this a good deal?

Yes, you will need more than 20mm spacer in the front. M3 uses 47mm offset and E34 use 20mm or less. As far as rear, you probably don't need anything. M3 has 26 or 25, e34 use about the same offset.
In my opinion, the M3 wheels (and the chrome!) make the e34 too 'busy' looking. Doesn't really fit the style unless it's outrageously dropped and kitted. Of course, a good deal is a good deal![]()
if they're OEM, sell them and pick something up!

Didn't think they looked too bad. I had 25mm spacers on the front, and nothing on the back. Never had any problems with them.

I think they look nice, and it sounds like a good deal, especially if they are decent tires. They are (imo) some of the more tasteful tires that exist, but my favorite wheels are kind that sdwhitney hasThe 530im that originally drew me into e34s had those wheels in 17'', are they m-parallels? Anyways, it sounds like a good deal to me.

Sell them and you can (if they're OEM) at least double your money. Advertise them in the Roundel or local CCA newsletter as a set of track rims or replacement rims.
